Ideal candidates bring medical office exposure, strong customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role requires HIPAA compliance and reliable attendance for daily office operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical office settings is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year interacting with customers/patients.
• Must pass background check as required by state.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the United States must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Embrace Total Patient Experience to build relationships with patients.
• Greet patients promptly with a professional attitude and assist at check-in/out.
• Answer phones and ensure courteous service at all times.
• Verify insurance authorizations and maintain accurate flow sheets.
• Manage patient flow to maximize efficiency and customer service.
• Perform daily reconciliations and close the day with accurate cash handling.
• Comply with HIPAA and company policies; support general office duties.
