Job summary

Raleigh Radiology is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our outpatient imaging centers. You will greet patients, verify registrations, collect demographics and insurance details, and coordinate with the clinical team to keep visits smooth and stress-free.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, reporting to the Registration Supervisor. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with healthcare exposure; 6 months of medical billing/insurance

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in a healthcare environment.
• Experience handling demographics, insurance data, and payments.
• Strong communication and confidentiality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments and enter orders accurately.
• Collect demographic, insurance, and billing information, including copays and deductibles.
• Explain forms and processes clearly so patients feel informed and confident.
• Answer and route calls to the right team.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow Raleigh Radiology policies.
• Work as a team player, supporting colleagues and putting patients first.
