Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Outpatient Imaging in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact, guiding patients from check-in to check-out with friendly, organized service in a busy outpatient imaging center.

You will assist with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and phone calls, supporting a smooth patient experience while maintaining accuracy and empathy.

Patient Coordinator - Full-Time

Position Summary:

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be one of the first points of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll support the front desk by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, phone calls, and other daily patient needs. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and provides excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.

Job Details:

• Position Status: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Location: Outpatient Imaging Center in Winston Salem, NC @ 265 Executive Park Blvd.

Education:

• To be competitive, must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
