Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in medical/healthcare setting.
• Experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and serve as the first point of contact in person or by phone.
• Act as liaison between patients and providers throughout the administrative flow.
• Perform core front- and back-office duties with increasing independence to support clinic operations.
