Job summary

Palms Medical Group seeks a Patient Advocate Coordinator to manage daily front desk operations, patient check-in/out, and related administrative duties. The role focuses on patient-centered service, accurate data handling, and smooth clinic flow across PMG sites in North Florida.

The position requires strong customer service, cash handling, and ability to work with NextGen and Luma systems. A supportive, community-focused team offers growth and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prefer prior customer service experience and cash handling responsibility.
• Two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer and support services to PMG patients per policies and procedures.
• Verify patient information and handle check-in efficiently; greet patients on entry.
• Greet patients, collect encounter forms, verify codes and collect charges at checkout.
• Perform daily front desk operations, scheduling, data entry, and adherence to PMG policies.
