Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide courteous assistance at check-in/out.
• Verify insurance and collect payments while updating patient information.
• Schedule appointments and maintain front office workflow.
• Direct patients to appropriate departments and maintain orderly work areas.
• Explain sliding fee scale and assist with documentation for follow-up.
