Pinnacle Fertility in Everett, WA is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to guide patients through financial processes and ensure clear understanding of obligations. This full-time onsite role involves welcoming patients, verifying information, handling calls, and supporting clinic operations with compassion and efficiency.

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or patient-facing environment preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Professionalism and empathy when supporting patients through sensitive situations.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records, scheduling systems, and basic computer applications preferred.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about fertility and reproductive healthcare.

• Manage incoming calls, patient questions, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records within the electronic medical record.
• Process billing information, copays, and patient payments.
• Partner with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient clinic operations.
• Help resolve patient concerns and connect patients with the appropriate team member.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception environment.
• Float between Washington clinic locations based on staffing and operational needs.
• Support additional projects and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

About The Role

The Patient Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting patients through their fertility journey by guiding them through financial processes and ensuring a clear understanding of their financial obligations. This position is ideal for individuals who are customer service-minded, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will work closely with patients and a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care and a seamless financial experience.

We are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join Pinnacle Fertility - Washington in Everett, WA. This is a full-time, onsite position with a schedule of Monday through Friday and participation in a rotating weekend and holiday schedule.

Fertility experience is not required. We’re open to training the right person on the fertility side of the role. Whether you bring strong customer service experience, are a recent graduate, or are looking to pivot into healthcare, we’re looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, adaptable, and excited to grow in reproductive medicine.

What We’re Looking For

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
