Job summary
Pinnacle Fertility in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to welcome patients, manage check-in, schedule appointments, and support clinical staff in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This full-time, onsite role offers Monday–Friday hours 7:45 AM–4:15 PM, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits.
EMR proficiency and bilingual Spanish are a plus. Experience in medical offices and strong communication help ensure accurate records, billing support, and a welcoming
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical office, customer service, or front desk role.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; strong communication and multitasking skills with EMR proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients, verify personal and insurance information, and direct them to appropriate departments.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and support clinical staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records, process billing information, and collect copays.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
- Assist with additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.

As aPatient Experience Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing vital administrative and scheduling support while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care.
We are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Michigan in Dearborn, MI. This is a full-time, onsiteposition workingMonday - Friday from 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM. Must be able to flex shift times based on clinic needs.
- Welcome and check in patients, verify personal and insurance information, and direct them to appropriate departments.
