Job summary

Starkey Hearing seeks a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to be the clinic’s face, guiding patients through their journey to better hearing. You’ll manage the front desk, scheduling, patient accounts and records, and support retention efforts.

Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of customer service/retail experience. Hourly pay ranges from $14.81 to $18.93, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or retail preferred.
• Knowledge: Proficient computer skills; familiarity with Sycle, Pay Junction, MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Receive patients into the clinic per company standards.
• Greet patients and assist with coffee/refreshments.
• Answer phones with standard greeting and script.
