Job summary

Starkey Hearing is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to be the face of the clinic and guide each patient through their hearing journey. You will provide a professional front-office experience, manage the clinic schedule, maintain patient records, and support retention efforts.

This role partners with the Clinic Team to optimize appointments, process patient accounts, verify insurance, and assist with special events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Proficient with common office software and systems.
• Excellent customer service and discretion with confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front-office flow.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; maintain patient records.
• Process patient accounts and insurance information; assist with payments.
• Support retention efforts and patient education; coordinate events.
