Job summary

Ageless Men’s Health is seeking a Patient Coordinator in Orem, UT. You will manage the front desk, greet patients, verify insurance, collect payments, and support daily clinic operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance and an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong customer service in a medical/clinic setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients.
• Able to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced front-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for every patient visit.
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out for scheduled and walk-in appointments.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Verify insurance coverage, collect copays and payments, and maintain patient information.
• Follow up on inbound leads, reactivate inactive patients, and support patient retention initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with patients through concierge-level service.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming lobby and front office environment.
• Support daily clinic operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance and an efficient patient experience.
