Job summary

Ageless Men’s Health in Orem, UT is seeking a Patient Coordinator to manage front-office operations, greet patients, coordinate scheduling, verify insurance, and collect payments while delivering concierge-level service. As the face of the clinic, you’ll ensure HIPAA-compliant patient experiences, maintain an organized lobby, and build lasting relationships that keep patients engaged in their care.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and payments processing.
• Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.
• Interest in men’s health and wellness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for every patient visit
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out for scheduled and walk-in appointments
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service
• Verify insurance coverage, collect copays and payments, and maintain accurate patient information
• Follow up on inbound leads, re-activate inactive patients, and support patient retention initiatives
• Build strong relationships with patients by providing personalized, concierge-level service
• Maintain an organized, welcoming lobby and front office environment
• Support daily clinic operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance and an efficient patient experience
