Ageless Men\'s Health in Orem, UT is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the clinic. You will manage patient flow, scheduling, insurance verification, payments, and lead patient retention initiatives, while delivering concierge-level service in a professional healthcare setting.

The role emphasizes building lasting relationships, HIPAA compliance, and providing an exceptional patient experience in a fast-paced, nationwide-network environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a medical office, wellness clinic, medical spa, or other healthcare setting required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a warm, outgoing personality.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and medical administrative responsibilities.
• Comfortable using scheduling or EMR software.
• Experience with lead follow-up or patient outreach is a plus.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and interest in men\'s health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for every patient visit.
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out for scheduled and walk-in appointments.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Verify insurance coverage, collect copays and payments, and maintain accurate patient information.
• Follow up on inbound leads, reactivate inactive patients, and support patient retention initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with patients by providing personalized, concierge-level service.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming lobby and front office environment.
• Support daily clinic operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance and an efficient patient experience.
