Job summary

The Colonnades at Reflection Bay in Pearland, TX is seeking a Hospitality Concierge Coordinator to welcome new admissions, coordinate services, and advocate for residents and families. This role emphasizes hospitality, service excellence, and excellent communication as part of a luxury healthcare setting.

You will manage admission experiences, liaise with interdisciplinary teams, and support satisfaction throughout the stay.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with a valid certification.
• Minimum 1 year in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, hospitality, hotel, concierge, guest services or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary hospitality contact for new admissions and their families.
• Coordinate with facility departments to ensure rooms are clean, prepared, and admission-ready.
• Gather patient preferences and routines to support person-centered care.
• Greet patients and families with a warm, personalized welcome and orientation.
