Job summary

Cantex is seeking a Hospitality Concierge Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for new admissions and family members, ensuring a welcoming and personalized experience. The role anticipates needs, coordinates services, and communicates with the care team to uphold hospitality standards.

The position emphasizes guest satisfaction, concierge-level service, and seamless admission processes, guiding families through the facility and connecting them with relevant resources.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with a valid certification.
• Minimum 1 year in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, hospitality, hotel, concierge, guest services or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary hospitality contact for new admissions and their families.
• Coordinate with facility departments to ensure rooms are clean, prepared, and admission-ready.
• Greet new patients and families upon arrival with a warm, personalized welcome.
• Escort patients and families through the admission process and orientation.
• Build positive relationships with patients, residents, visitors, and family members.
• Provide ongoing support and information about facility resources and services.
• Coordinate initial telehealth visit with Nurse Practitioner within 36 hours of admission.
