The Colonnades at Reflection Bay in Pearland, TX is hiring a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate patient care in a skilled nursing setting. You will support ADLs, assist with transfers, and help maintain patient safety and comfort on every shift.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• Experience with ADLs and basic patient care.
• Strong teamwork and reliability in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques.
• Monitor, observe, and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Accurately document patient care and daily activities in accordance with regulations.
• Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes.
