Job summary

The Crescent in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Hospitality Concierge Coordinator to welcome patients and families and coordinate admission experiences. You will liaise with the interdisciplinary team, anticipate needs, and ensure comfort and personalized service throughout the stay.

This role requires CNA certification, strong communication, and a track record in hospitality or long-term care, with a day shift 2pm-10pm in a luxury healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with a valid certification.
• Minimum 1 year in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, hospitality, or guest services.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or healthcare hospitality preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary hospitality contact for new admissions and families.
• Conduct pre-admission welcome calls and provide admission information.
• Coordinate with facility departments to prepare rooms and admissions.
• Gather patient preferences to support person-centered care.
• Greet patients and families upon arrival and guide them through admission.
• Conduct rounds to support patient and family satisfaction.
