Job summary

One Medical is hiring a Member Support Specialist to serve as the in-person ambassador for patients, ensuring a smooth lobby experience and timely scheduling. You will support billing, insurance verification, and daily office tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time, in-person role operates Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–6:30 PM across multiple office locations in the Financial District and nearby areas. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to delight patients and teammates.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in high touch customer or patient facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating across teams and adapting to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Handle front-of-house duties and patient intake processes.
• Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and insurance verification.
• Support office providers and maintain a welcoming lobby.
• Use Slack, G-suite, Zoom and EMR 1Life to interact with staff.
