Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Patient Concierge to advocate for patients and deliver an exceptional, patient-centered experience across OBGYN practices in Pennsburg and Lansdale.

The role involves clerical tasks, check-in, scheduling, MyChart education, and responding to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy. The position is full-time and may require travel to additional sites to support patient care.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Preference given to graduates of administrative training programs.
• Minimum one year practice-based experience or in a similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages patients in a polite, prompt, and compassionate manner during all practice-based interactions.
• Performs clerical tasks: check-in, pre-registration, registration, scheduling, eligibility verification, MyChart education, and payment collection.
• Delivers waiting room concierge service and assists with kiosk check-in.
• Supports opening/closing of practice, mail handling, deliveries, cash management, and document scanning.
• Collaborates with Access Center and care team to address scheduling and clinical inquiries.
