Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador for Land O Lakes Health Hub. The role focuses on greeting and guiding patients, visitors, and clients, ensuring a positive experience across services and retail offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Proficient with computer systems used in patient flow and scheduling.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Function as the guests' liaison to all assigned services.
• Hospitality-focused and critical to ensuring a positive experience for patients and visitors.
• Advocate for the patient and communicate effectively with health system leaders and staff.
• Address and resolve issues, escalating when needed to facility leaders or management.
• Possess advanced computer skills for reception, registration, scheduling and related tasks.
• Proficiency in waiting room management and service-line scheduling within 6 months of hire.
