Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare field required.
• At least 3 years of consulting/healthcare operational experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, analytics and research abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits and coach leaders in care settings.
• Analyze performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop actionable plans and lead development sessions.
