Job summary

SERC Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Spring Hill, KS to support clinic operations and patient intake. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, efficient scheduling, and accurate insurance verification.

As a PCC-I, you will work with the Clinic Director to maintain smooth front-office workflows, schedule referrals, collect payments, and ensure a welcoming patient experience while developing multitasking and communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Communication skills - must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
• Make all welcome calls
• Monitor and influence arrival rate through a great customer experience
• Manage schedule efficiently
• Manage document routing
• Manage personal overtime
• Manage non-clinical documentation
• Manage deposits
• Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting
• Monitor clinic inventory
• Attend required training with Territory Field Trainers for updates
• Complete quarterly compliance training
