SERC Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Kansas City, MO. You will support clinic operations, handle patient intake, scheduling, and front-office duties while delivering excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes multitasking, communication with patients and staff, and adherence to clinic processes as part of a growing organization dedicated to patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, maintain organization, meet deadlines, and work with little supervision.
• Team player with efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrivals for a great patient experience.
• Manage schedule, document routing, overtime, non-clinical documentation and deposits.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
• Attend required training and complete quarterly compliance training.
