Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a full-time Patient Ambassador at Mayo Clinic Methodist in Rochester, MN. The role focuses on representing the Patient Experience Team, conducting patient interviews and new admission visits, and upholding high hospitality standards.

Eight-hour shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with rotating weekends/holidays. Previous customer service experience is required, with a fixed pay rate of $25.00 per hour.

• Thorough knowledge of office procedures and contract administration.
• Ability to use the environment to meet goals/objectives.
• Fiscal and budgetary skills.

Responsabilités

• Conducts new admission visits to all assigned units within the timeframe.
• Ensures employees demonstrate hospitality toward customers and clients.
• Supports client satisfaction to help retain accounts.
• Promotes awareness of the Patient Experience Program.
• Assists in customizing programs to each account's needs.
• Assists in monitoring patient satisfaction action plans and reporting to clients.
• Supports employee relations programs at unit site.
• Encourages employee creativity and innovation.
• Provides recognition when programs succeed.
• Performs housekeeping tasks as requested and resolves issues promptly.
