Typical duties include surveys, hospitality initiatives, and post-discharge contact while maintaining robust records and ensuring high satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.

• Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients as admitted and during stay.
• Educates patients on Environmental Services and Patient Transportation.
• Probes for concerns, needs, and impressions of service.
• Collaborates with housekeepers and supervisors to enhance patient experience.
• Dispatches concerns regarding other department services to appropriate personnel.
• Follows up on every concern to ensure resolution.
• Connects with patients prior to discharge and provides business card.
• Maintains 85% Press-Ganey targets and develops hospitality initiatives.
• Maintains records of patient admissions and stayovers; documents interactions.
