Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Flexibility to work some differing shifts.
• Strong service/quality attitude.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software.

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff selection. Interview candidates as needed. Schedule days off, holidays and vacations.
• Assign personnel to established work areas or project duties.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory and equipment use.
• Ensure staff orientation, initial training, and ongoing education.
• Provide guidance and motivation to staff to maximize performance.
• Discipline associates per progressive guidelines.
• Prepare disciplinary reports and follow-up with Department Director as needed.
• Maintain sanitary, attractive, and orderly environments.
• Demonstrate Xanitos culture, values, and management philosophy.
• Lead in meeting performance plans.
