Responsibilities

• Participate in staff selection process and interview candidates as needed.
• Schedule days off, holidays and vacations to meet account needs.
• Assign personnel to established work areas or project duties.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory.
• Ensure staff receives orientation, training, and ongoing education.
• Provide guidance and motivation to staff to perform at their best.
• Discipline associates when necessary according to guidelines.
• Prepare disciplinary reports and conduct follow-up investigations.
• Maintain an environment that is sanitary, attractive and orderly.
