Penn Medicine in Philadelphia is seeking an Ambassador Hospital Concierge for the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. This full-time day-shift role greets 8,000 to 10,000 patients, families and visitors daily, providing information and assistance to ensure a welcoming experience.

You will support wayfinding, patient transport coordination, and safety, helping immobile patients in and out of vehicles, coordinating taxis or paratransit as needed.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and respond to needs of patients, visitors and families in a timely manner.
• Assist immobile patients in getting in/out of vehicles and wheelchairs safely.
• Manage visitor flow at entrances to ensure timely arrival for appointments.
• Support all wayfinding and coordinate outpatient transports.
• Coordinate paratransit and taxi services as needed.
• Ensure safety and prevent falls for patients with special needs.
