Penn Medicine Valley Forge is seeking an Ambulatory Concierge to warmly welcome patients and visitors, answer inquiries, and provide information in a timely manner.

This role covers Patient Services Associates as needed, assists with patient transport, schedules appointments, collects copays, updates insurance information, and supports smooth patient flow in the practice under supervision.

Qualifications

• H.S Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors and respond to needs in a timely manner.
• Assist immobile patients out of/into vehicles and wheelchairs safely.
• Schedule patient appointments and communicate changes per protocol.
• Collect copays, update insurance/billing information, and complete checkout procedures.
• Manage patient calls and inquiries, coordinating with PSA colleagues as needed.
