Job summary

Sodexo seeks a Patient Ambassador at JACKSON NORTH MEDICAL CENTER to warmly welcome patients and serve as a nutrition-focused experience ambassador. This full-time role emphasizes reliable teamwork, adaptability, and a patient-centered approach to everyday care.

You will assist with menu selections, deliver meals, process phone orders, track meal activity, collect patient feedback, and participate in shift rotations.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• No previous work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection, meal delivery, and patient setup with direct contact.
• Receive and process phone orders.
• Identify patients who have not ordered meals with tray-tracking system assistance.
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information for Sodexo leadership.
• Attend shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.
