Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in a healthcare setting.
• Epic experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and monitors feedback about care and processes.
• Collaborates with staff and leaders to resolve patient grievances promptly.
• Acts as the primary communicator between patient and leadership during resolution.
• Maintains reporting systems for the Compliance & Risk Team, including email.
• Recommends policy and procedural changes identified during investigations.
• Acts as a change agent to continually improve the patient experience.
• Maintains thorough and timely documentation.
• Complies with all policies including OSHA, HIPAA, and Code of Conduct.
• Maintains regular and dependable attendance.
• Follows core competencies as outlined by the Company.
