Qualifikationen

• Three years of relevant experience is required.

• Ability to learn new procedures, technologies and adapt to changing priorities.

• Provide in-the-moment service recovery for patients, families, and staff.
• Coordinate with Patient Experience Representatives to address concerns.
• Serve as a resource on PFCC and interpret survey data for units.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, web messages or mail.
• Contribute to a culture of compassion and caring across the team.
