Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily non-clinical rounding on patients and families to improve experience.
• Close follow-up items and document outcomes to close the loop.
• Integrate into assigned departments' teams.
• Track and trend patient/family service concerns.
• Identify system/process opportunities and collaborate to resolve.
• Participate in process improvement activities to enhance patient experience.
• Communicate with patients, families, and staff with compassion and respect.
• Use data sources to identify improvement opportunities in departments.
• Initiate at least one annual performance improvement initiative per department.
