Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required.
• Experience: 3-5 years in healthcare administration, customer service, data management or training.
• Scheduling: Sunday 10a-6p, Mon-Thu 12p-8p; possible holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Address concerns, complaints and grievances of patients and families.
• Document complaints in a computerized system in accordance with standards.
• Work with staff to meet patient needs and implement service recovery plans.
• Participate in Patient Experience meetings as needed.
• Assist staff and managers in resolving difficult patient issues.
• Promote the Patient Bill of Rights and ensure effective communication with families.
