Job summary

Qualifications

• AA/AS Degree required.
• Previous work experience interfacing with public or customer service.
• Day shift, part-time role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/complaints and research issues to resolve them.
• Interpret Patient Bill of Rights and hospital policies for patients/families.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Generate weekly reports for the Director of Patient Satisfaction.
• Visit patients during daily rounds and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction.
