Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Patient Ambassador at UF Leesburg Hospital in Leesburg, FL. This role serves as a primary representative of the Patient Experience Team, completing patient interviews and new admission visits, with shifts full-time or part-time. Prior customer service experience is required, and the fixed pay rate is $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of office procedures and contract administration.
• Fiscal and budgetary skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts new admissions visits for assigned units within established timelines.
• Ensure employees demonstrate aggressive hospitality toward customers.
• Support client satisfaction and account retention.
• Promote awareness of the Patient Experience Program.
• Assist in developing and monitoring patient satisfaction plans and reporting to clients.
