Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for insurance, benefits, and access-to-care questions.
• Help patients understand Medicare/Medicaid and coverage options.
• Resolve concerns related to appointments, referrals, billing, and care coordination.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and building trust with patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with clinics to improve workflows and maintain accurate records.
