• Enforce visitor and employee screening policies.
• Take temperatures and triage concerns to clinical teams.
• Coordinate with Security and other teams for patient transport as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and provide PPE guidance.
• Serve as a liaison for patients and families.
