CloseKnit, a health services organization, seeks a Patient Engagement Team Lead to oversee daily operations of Health Guide and Phone teams. You will coach staff, coordinate workflows, and ensure high-quality patient interactions while escalating complex issues to management.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, adherence to policies, and collaboration with care teams to maintain service levels and optimize patient experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare operations, patient engagement, customer service, or a call center.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach and support employees professionally.
• Reliability, accountability, and leadership potential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare technology platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades
