The Role:

Lead patient engagement, with a primary focus on nurturing and growing accounts. Responsible for creating strategies that guide patients from awareness to conversion; this includes developing impactful marketing campaigns, executing initiatives, and tracking KPIs across our Growth team.

Additionally, you will drive patient-facing marketing initiatives with strategic accounts, including increasing brand awareness, growing account registration, and encouraging first-time use of our products and services. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, performance-driven environment.

You’ll be responsible for understanding the target audience, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and developing strategic marketing communication plans in collaboration with the Growth, Product, and Operations teams. You will present campaign ideas, lead creative development, and report on campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Customer Success team to plan and execute marketing programs that drive engagement
  • Measure, track, and report on patient enrollment and engagement activities, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Segment client employee populations to promote initial adoption and ongoing engagement
  • Gather insights from patient users to inform product and communication development
  • Create compelling presentations of creative concepts for internal and external stakeholders
  • Share campaign performance metrics with internal teams and external clients
  • Use patient profiles, cohorts, and brand personas to derive insights and actionable recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Marketing degree (Bachelor's or Master’s) preferred but not required
  • 5-7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in digital marketing
  • Experience in healthcare, employer benefits/wellness, or payer relationships is required
  • Medicare/Medicaid experience is a plus
  • Proven success managing product adoption, engagement, and retention programs in a B2B2C setting
  • Skilled in leveraging multiple channels for marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics
  • Experience with platforms such as Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Klaviyo, Customer.io, or similar is highly preferred.
