Savista, LLC is seeking an Eligibility Specialist I to help patients access Medicaid, Medicare, disability, and hospital charity programs at Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite and Dallas Medical Center in Farmers Branch, TX. This full-time role pays $19.00-$22.00 per hour and requires in-person patient interactions, documentation, and timely application submission with care.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, able to manage a high case load, and committed to HIPAA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Meet with patients in-person to assess eligibility for financial assistance programs.
• Engage patients via phone outreach to gather required screenings and documentation.
• Guide patients through applications for Medicaid, Medicare, Disability, and hospital charity care.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and government agencies to resolve eligibility and secure coverage.
• Manage a high case load, meet deadlines, and adhere to productivity/quality KPIs.
• Explain financial responsibilities and assistance options clearly and empathetically.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, confidential records and use multiple systems to document data.
