Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Food and Nutrition or related field preferred.
• Two to three years of progressively more responsible experience in food services.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating meal service.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient meal service to meet dietary orders and preferences.
• Seasonal and daily scheduling of Personal Choice Dining staff.
• Train and mentor Personal Choice staff and coordinate with Nursing and Dietitians.
• Respond to patient concerns and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and HIPAA policies.
