Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient meal service operations to meet unit-based satisfaction targets.
• Coordinates menu selections, tray assembly, delivery and pickup for Personal Choice Dining.
• Directs staffing and training of Personal Choice Dining staff.
• Responds to patient concerns and ensures dietary restrictions are followed.
• Collaborates with Nursing and dietitians on patient diet prescriptions.
• Maintains HACCP guidelines and compliance with health and safety policies.
