Qualifications

• Supervisor experience required.
• Patient dining, food service, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed.
• Evaluate workers' performance, reward high performers and discipline underperformers as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
