Morrison Healthcare in Cleveland is seeking a Supervisor, Patient Dining (Dietary Aide) to lead a shift and ensure high standards of food service. This full-time role requires supervising associates, scheduling, training, and maintaining policy adherence.

The pay range is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, with morning/evening shifts and every other weekend. Previous supervisor and hospitality experience is preferred, and online applications are accepted.

Qualifications

• Supervisor experience required.
• Patient dining, food service, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline when needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Act as a mentor and develop employees for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
