Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Supervisor, Patient Dining for the Cleveland Clinic – South Pointe location in Warrensville Heights, OH. Shifts include evenings, mornings, weekends, and some holidays; pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

This role requires supervisory experience in patient dining, food service, or hospitality, with opportunities to train staff and manage schedules while upholding high standards of quality and care.

Responsibilities

• We have several openings for a full-time SUPERVISOR, PATIENT DINING position.
• Location : Cleveland Clinic - South Pointe - 20000 Harvard Rd, Warrensville Heights, OH 44122. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full-Time; Primarily Evenings, mornings weekends and some holidays required. SHIFTS: 5-1pm, 9-5pm and 11-7:30pm
• Requirement : Supervisor experience required. Patient dining, food service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
