Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees to create an enjoyable dining experience for customers, staff and visitors.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverage items following company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety and portions.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service and supervises serving of meals.
• Trains employees and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Maintains proper cash handling and completes required reports (inventory, payroll, timekeeping).
