Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at FHS Springdale Medical Center, AR. This full-time role requires 12-hour shifts, with days and hours varying. Prior food service experience is required, and the pay range is $15.00–$16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to ensure nutritional compliance.
• Assemble and deliver meals on time, retrieving trays from patient rooms as scheduled.
• Maintain HACCP, sanitation, and infection control practices.
• Handle tray tickets and ensure accuracy of meals, communicating issues promptly.
