Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One-year experience in the restaurant industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient meal service including menu selection and tray delivery/pickup.
• Coordinate with Nursing on nutrition requirements and communicate patient food concerns to Food & Nutrition Services.
• Ensure accuracy of physician-ordered diets and adherence to dietary restrictions.
• Maintain kitchen inventory and stock nourishments; support after-hours needs.
• Deliver quality service reflecting patient satisfaction and demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service.
