Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Memorial Hermann Cypress in Cypress, TX. The role involves assisting patients with menu selections, delivering meals, and ensuring orders align with nutritional requirements. 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends; on-site with full benefits for eligible employees.

Experience is preferred but training is available. Pay range is $15.00–$17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to offer suitable menu alternatives for allergies and preferences.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals accurately and on time; retrieve trays from patient rooms.
